This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of aguidance program in improving the psychological adjustment of the Martyrs' wives in the recent war on Gaza. The study sample included (40) of Martyrs' wives. The researcher used the measure of psychological adjustment and the guidance Program both prepared by the researcher), and the socio-economic level form prepared by Abu Mustafa. The results of the study indicated that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre and post measures in favor of the post measure. In addition, it showed a significant effect of the program on the experimental group. Also , the results of the study clarified that there were no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group in the post and follow up measures

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى فاعلية البرنامج الإرشادي في تحسين التوافق النفسي لدى زوجات شهداء الحرب الاخيرة على غزة، وشملت عينة الدراسة (40) زوجة من زوجات شهداء الحرب الأخيرة، واستخدمت الباحثة مقياس التوافق النفسي، والبرنامج الإرشادي، من إعداد: الباحثة، واستمارة المستوى الإقتصادي الإجتماعي، إعداد: أبو مصطفى، حيث كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي، والبعدي لصالح القياس البعدي، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر كبير للبرنامج في أفراد المجموعة التجريبية، كما أوضحت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي.
