The Effectiveness of Secondary Schools Management at the Application of Educational Programs Associated with the Educational Curriculum across the Green Zone from the Teachers Perspective

Abstract
This study aimed to figure out the degree of the effectiveness of the management of the secondary schools of the educational networks in applying the programs accompanying the educational curriculum within the Green Zone from the perspective of both male and female teachers; the study sample consisted of (5) secondary schools from all the educational networks (Sakhnin, and Ateed); to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of 55 items was designed and distributed on (5) areas: planning, organization, control and follow-up, students, and relations with the local community. The results of the study showed that the degree of the effectiveness of the management of the secondary schools of the educational networks in applying the programs accompanying the educational programs as a whole and their fields from the viewpoint of male and female teachers was large where the scale fields came according to the following order: the field of students ranked first, followed by the field of organization in the second place, the field of planning in the third place, the field of the relations with the local community in the fourth place, and finally the field of supervision and follow-up in the fifth place. In the light of the results of the study, the researcher recommends the following: Encourage the spread of this quality of schools being characterized by very effectively in the implementation of programs associated with the curriculum, and that by Arab educators and the community within the Green Zone.

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة الكشف عن درجة فاعلية إدارة المدارس الثانوية التابعة للشبكات التّعليمية في تطبيق البرامج المرافقة للمناهج التّعليمية داخل الخط الأخضّر من وجهة نظر المعلّمين، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (5) مدارس ثانوية من كل شبكة تعليمية (سخنين، وعتيد)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (55) فقرة موزّعة على (5) مجالات هي: التخطيط، التنظيم، الرقابة والمتابعة، الطلبة، والعلاقات مع المجتمع المحلي، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة فعالية إدارة المدارس الثانوية التابعة للشبكات التعليمية في تطبيق البرامج المرافقة للمناهج التعليمية ككل ومجالاتها من وجهة نظر المعلمين قد كانت بدرجة كبيرة، حيث جاءت مجالات المقياس وفقاً للترتيب الآتي: مجال الطلبة في المرتبة الأولى، تلاه مجال التنظيم في المرتبة الثانية، تلاه مجال التخطيط في المرتبة الثالثة، تلاه مجال العلاقات مع المجتمع المحلي في المرتبة الرابعة، ثم تلاهُ مجال الرقابة والمتابعة في المرتبة الخامسة، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة ومناقشتها توصي الباحثة بما يلي: تشجيع انتشار هذه النوعيه من المدارس لكونها تتميز بفاعلية كبيرة في تطبيق البرامج المرافقة للمناهج، وذلك من قبل التربويين العرب والمجتمع المحلي داخل الخط الاخضر.
