This study aimed to identify the Degree of Job Satisfaction among Sports Journalists in the State of Palestine, as well as identify the impact of each of the following variables: Scientific qualification, Age and Years of experience in their job satisfaction. The study sample consisted of (47) sports journalists who were intentionally selected, they have answered a questionnaire that consisted of (32) items distributed into five areas (job nature and conditions, financial returns, the relationship with colleagues, incentives, and the relationship with the administration).The results showed that the overall level of job satisfaction was moderate, the level of job satisfaction was high in the areas of the relationship with colleagues, while it was moderate in the areas of financial returns, incentives and work conditions and nature, while it was Low in the relationship with management. The results showed the absence of statistically significant differences due to the variables of scientific qualification, Age and Years of experience.

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة الرضا الوظيفي لدى الصحفيين الرياضيين في دولة فلسطين وكذلك التعرف على أثر كل من متغيرات المؤهل العلمي والعمر وسنوات الخبرة في الرضا الوظيفي لديهم، وقد إستخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي لجمع البيانات، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (47) صحفي رياضي تم إختيارهم بالطريقة العمدية حيث أجابوا على إستبانة تكونت من (32) فقرة موزعة على خمس مجالات (ظروف العمل وطبيعته، المردود المادي، العلاقة مع الزملاء، الحوافز، العلاقة مع الإدارة).وقد أظهرت النتائج إلى أن المستوى العام للرضا الوظيفي كان متوسطاً وأن درجة الرضا الوظيفي كانت مرتفعة في مجال العلاقة مع الزملاء وكانت متوسطة في مجال المردود المادي والحوافز وظروف العمل وطبيعته وكانت منخفضة في مجال العلاقة مع الإدارة، كذلك أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في جميع مجالات الدراسة تعزى لمتغيرات المؤهل العلمي والعمر وسنوات الخبرة. وأوصت الدراسة الى ضرورة عقد دورات صحفية داخلية وخارجية للصحفيين للارتقاء بهم.
