Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between psychological needs and teaching performance in teachers of learning disabilities in Abha, In order to achieve the objectives of the study. the researcher developed scales of psychological needs and teaching performance. where the descriptive analytical method was employed, The researcher also applied the scales of psychological needs and teaching performance on a sample of (30) teachers. The outcomes of the study indicated that there is a relationship between psychological needs and teaching performance. the study recommended some recommendations as, Conduct further studies and research on learning disability teachers that address psychological needs and teaching performance, And attention to the psychological needs of teachers learning difficulties.

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الحاجات النفسية والأداء التدريسي لمعلمي صعوبات التعلم في أبها، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة طور الباحث مقياس الحاجات النفسية ومقياس الأداء التدريسي، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث طبق مقياس الحاجات النفسية والأداء التدريسي على عينة بلغت (30) معلماً، وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة بين الحاجات النفسية والأداء التدريسي. وأوصت الدراسة بتوصيات منها، إجراء المزيد من الدراسات والبحوث المتعلقة بمعلمي صعوبات التعلم والتي تتناول الحاجات النفسية والأداء التدريسي، و الاهتمام بالحاجات النفسية لمعلمي صعوبات التعلم.
