This research aims to identify the cognitive, technical and practical skills of e-learning, to the teachers of geography at the secondary level in Gaza Strip. The researcher has used the descriptive analytical method to collect and analyze the data, and prepared a questionnaire consisting of (33) paragraphs distributed over (3) fields. Verity and stability of the questionnaire were verified. The sample of the study consisted all of the teachers of geography (66) teachers in the teaching departments of East and West Gaza. The arithmetic, relative weight, correlation coefficient, (T) test for two independent samples, and the one-way analysis of variance were used. The results of the study showed the availability of the cognitive, technical and applied skills of e-learning knowledge, to a large extent, with an arithmetic of: 3.792, 3.2135 and 3.322 for skills, respectively. There were no statistically significant (0.05=α) differences at the level of significance attributed to gender variables and years of service. The study recommended the inclusion of the cognitive, technical and practical skills of e-learning in the geography curriculum for the secondary level, and training the teachers of geography on training programs to improve their electronic technical skills, and focus on the practical application of the basics of e-learning.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مهارات التعليم الإلكتروني المعرفية والفنية والتطبيقية لدى معلمي مادة الجغرافيا في المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة غزة، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لجمع البيانات وتحليلها ومناقشتها وتفسيرها، وأعد استبانة مكونة من (33) فقرة موزعة على(3) مجالات، وتم التحقق من الصدق والثبات للاستبانة. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من جميع معلمي مادة الجغرافيا والبالغ عددهم (66) معلم ومعلمة بمديريتي تعليم شرق وغرب غزة. وتم استخدام المتوسط الحسابي، والوزن النسبي، ومعامل الارتباط، واختبار(ت) لعينتين مستقلتين، واختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة توافر مهارات التعليم الإلكترونية المعرفية، والفنية، والتطبيقية، بدرجة كبير، وبمتوسط حسابي، 3.792 و 3.2135 و3.322 للمهارات على الترتيب. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05=α) تعزى لمتغيري الجنس وسنوات الخدمة. وأوصت الدراسة بتضمين مهارات التعليم الإلكتروني المعرفية والفنية والتطبيقية في منهاج الجغرافيا للمرحلة الثانوية، وتدريب معلمي الجغرافيا بالمرحلة الثانوية على برامج تدريبية لصقل المهارات الفنية الإلكترونية لديهم، والتركيز على التطبيق العملي على أساسيات التعليم الإلكتروني.
