Universities competitiveness to increase the economic competitiveness a lecture in the fundaments and dimensions under the light of the Singapore experience

Abstract
The aim of this study is to highlighting the causality relationship between the higher education system and the economic competitiveness; we will use the Singapore experience, which considered as a modern economic miracle. Today with a population of 6.5 million, this country has realized one of the highest levels of growth and development all over the world. That’s why the Singapore’s higher education development will be so useful to determinate the relationship bitewing the universities and the economic competitiveness.

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على العلاقة السببية بين تنافسية منظومة التعليم العالي من جهة وتنافسية الاقتصاد من جهة ثانية، حيث سنستند إلى التجربة السنغافورية لتبيان وجود علاقة قوية بين كلا المتغيرين، حيث أن هذا البلد يعد اليوم، وبتعداد سكاني يقدر بـ 6،5 مليون ساكن، أحد أقوى اقتصاديات العالم، وذلك بتحقيقه لمعدلات نمو متزايدة، وعليه فالتجربة السنغافورية من شأنها أن تساهم كثيرا في دعم دراستنا هذه والتي نرمي من خلالها إلى تبيان العلاقة بين تنافسية الجامعات وتنافسية الاقتصاد.
