The aim of this study was to investigate the level of psychological hardiness and its relationship to the effectiveness of decision-making among the coaches in different degrees of soccer in Palestine, in addition to determining the differences according to variables of coach degree & experience. The researcher used descriptive approach in one of its correlative form. The study was conducted on a random sample of (80) coaches from coaches of different degrees of soccer in Palestine. In order to collect data, the researcher used two scales of psychological hardiness and decision-making effectiveness. The results of the study revealed the following: - The level of psychological hardiness among the coaches in different degrees of soccer in Palestine was very high. - The level of effectiveness of decision-making among the coaches in different degrees of soccer in Palestine was very high. - There were a positive and statistically significant correlation between psychological hardiness and effectiveness of decision-making among study sample. - There weren't statistically significant differences in psychological hardiness and its relationship to the effectiveness of decision-making among the coaches in different degrees of soccer in Palestine according to variables of coach degree & experience. The researcher recommends the need to generalize the results of the study to soccer coaches in particular, and other sports in general in order to benefit from them in enhancing the training process.

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى الصلابة النفسية وعلاقتها بفاعلية اتخاذ القرار لدى مدربي الدرجات المختلفة لكرة القدم في فلسطين، إضافة إلى تحديد الفروق تبعا لمتغيري درجة المدرب والخبرة، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأحد صوره الارتباطية، أجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (80) مدربا من مدربي الأندية في الدرجات المختلفة التابعة للاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم، ومن أجل جمع البيانات قام الباحث باستخدام مقياس للصلابة النفسية ومقياس فاعلية اتخاذ القرار، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: - إن مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى مدربي الدرجات المختلفة لكرة القدم في فلسطين كان عاليا جدا. - إن مستوى فاعلية اتخاذ القرار لدى مدربي الدرجات المختلفة لكرة القدم في فلسطين كان عاليا. - وجود علاقة ايجابية متوسطة ذات دالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة ( α≤0.01) بين الصلابة النفسية وفاعلية اتخاذ القرار لدى مدربي الدرجات المختلفة لكرة القدم في فلسطين. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) في الصلابة النفسية وفاعلية اتخاذ القرار لدى مدربي الدرجات المختلفة لكرة القدم في فلسطين تبعا لمتغيري درجة المدرب والخبرة. ويوصي الباحث بضرورة تعميم نتائج الدراسة على مدربي كرة القدم بشكل خاص، والالعاب الرياضية الأخرى بشكل عام للإستفادة منها في تعزيز العملية التدريبية.
