Abstract

Study aimed to know the effectiveness of cognitive, behavioral & counseling program in developing the meaning of life and its effect on psychosocial compatibility among amputees of return march in Gaza Strip 2018. The sample chosen through intentional randomness manner and consisted from (30) amputees who got the lowest marks on meaning of life and psychosocial compatibility scale, the sample were intentionally divided to two groups, experimental group formed from(15)injured: control group formed from(15)injured, homogeneity was considered in terms of meaning of life and psychosocial compatibility level. Both researchers used the following tools: meaning of life scale, psychosocial compatibility scale and cognitive behavioral counseling program, which was applied on the experimental group for 18 counseling sessions during 8 weeks' period. The study results were: There are statistically significant differences between experimental group and control group marks after application of the counseling program on meaning of life scale for the benefit of experimental group, there are statistically significant differences between experimental group marks before and after the application of the counseling program on the meaning of life scale for the benefit of post scale, there are no statistically significant differences for the experimental group marks, in post scale and following on scale meaning of life, there are statistically significant differences between marks of the two groups (experimental and control) after application of the counseling program on psychosocial compatibility scale for the benefit of experimental group, there are statistically significant differences between marks of experimental group before and after application of the counseling program on the psychosocial compatibility scale for the benefit of the post scale, there are no statistically significant differences for marks of experimental group of post scale and following on the psychosocial compatibility scale.

هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن فاعلية برنامج معرفي سلوكي في تحسين معنى الحياة وأثره على التوافق النفسي لدى الجرحى المبتورين بمسيرات العودة بقطاع غزة 2018، وقد تألفت عينة الدراسة من (30) جريحاً من مبتوري الأطراف، حيث تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين، تجريبية: وقوامها (15) جريحاً، وضابطة: وقوامها (15) جريحاً، وتم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية قصدية، مع مراعاة التجانس بينهما من حيث مستوى معنى الحياة ومستوى التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي، واستخدم الباحثان الأدوات التالية: مقياس معنى الحياة، مقياس التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي والبرنامج المعرفي السلوكي، والذي طبّق على المجموعة التجريبية بواقع (18) جلسة إرشادية بفترة زمنية استغرقت ثمانية أسابيع، ومن أهم النتائج التي ظهرت: - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات المجموعة التجريبية قبل تطبيق البرنامج الإرشادي، وبعده على مقياس معنى الحياة لصالح القياس البعدي. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدرجات المجموعة التجريبية، في القياس البعدي، والتتبعي على مقياس معنى الحياة. - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات المجموعة التجريبية قبل تطبيق البرنامج الإرشادي، وبعده على مقياس التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي لصالح القياس البعدي. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية درجات المجموعة التجريبية، في القياس البعدي، والتبعي على مقياس التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من التوصيات الهامة التي تخدم عينة الدراسة والتي من أهمها: - العمل على توفير فرص عمل مناسبة لإعاقتهم حتى يتسنى لهم العيش بكرامة، والاندماج من خلال العمل مع عناصر المجتمع. - رفع مستوى الخدمات الصحية، والنفسية، والاجتماعية لهم ولأسرهم، من خلال توفير معينات، وأدوات مساندة لهم لقدرتهم على التكيف مع الواقع الجديد.
