Objective: Identifying the efficiency of artificial intelligence in answering Tawjihi questions in Arabic Curricula, it also compared the performance of the most popular language models for this purpose. Methodology: Using the descriptive and analytical method using qualitative and quantitative methods. A purposive sample of high school exams from the years 2021, 2022, and 2023 was used, and sample of ten high school teachers whom the researcher was able to reach. The correction sheet for Islamic education and Arabic language exams was used to evaluate the AI's answers. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used for statistical analysis, Results: The most prominent findings reached by the researcher were: that the linguistic models in the (ChatGPT) and (Gemini) platforms were able to answer the high school questions that were asked to them within the Arabic language course and the Islamic education course, to different degrees ranging from average to good. However, the (Gemini) platform was the most efficient and able to Answer the questions asked more correctly and with a good degree. Recommendations: The study recommended working to improve training database for linguistic models by adding more specific texts and educational materials related to the school curricula in Palestine.

الهدف من الدراسة: التعرف على كفاءة الذكاء الاصطناعي في الإجابة عن أسئلة التوجيهي في المقررات العربية والمقارنة بين أداء النماذج اللغوية الأكثر شهرة لهذا الغرض. المنهجية: لتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالأسلوب النوعي والأسلوب الكمي، واستخدمت عينة قصدية من امتحانات الثانوية العامة (التوجيهي) للأعوام (2021، 2022، 2023) وعينة من عشرة معلمين من التوجيهي ممن استطاعت الباحثة الوصول اليهم، كما تم استخدام كشف تصحيح امتحانات التربية الإسلامية واللغة العربية لتقييم إجابات الذكاء الاصطناعي، كما تم استخدام الرزمة الإحصائية (SPSS) للمعالجات الإحصائية. النتائج: أن النماذج اللغوية في منصة شات.جي.بي.تي (ChatGPT) ومنصة جيميني (Gemini) استطاعا الإجابة على أسئلة التوجيهي التي طرحت عليها ضمن مقرر اللغة العربية ومقرر التربية الإسلامية، وبدرجات مختلفة تتراوح ما بين المتوسطة والجيدة، إلا أن منصة جيميني كانت الأكثر كفاءة وقدرة على الإجابة عن الأسئلة المطروحة عليها بشكل أكثر صحة، وبدرجة جيدة. التوصيات: أوصت الدراسة بالعمل على تحسين قاعدة بيانات التدريب للنماذج اللغوية بإضافة مزيد من النصوص والمواد التعليمية المحددة المرتبطة بالمناهج الدراسية في فلسطين.
