This study aimed at attitudes of teaching staff members at Palestinian universities towards the requirements of using E-learning tools in the educational process from their point of view, it used a descriptive and analytical approach, the study sample consisted of (286) teaching staff member from Al-Aqsa and Al-Azhar in Gaza universities, a questionnaire composed of (31) paragraph in the second semester of the academic year 2015/2016 was applied on them. The results revealed that the overall average estimate of teaching staff members to identify attitudes towards scale using e-learning tools when the sample had reached the capacity of (3.64), it was found that the attitudes of teaching staff members towards the requirements of the using positive e-learning tools moderately. The results showed there were no statistically significant differences between the median estimate of teaching staff members towards the requirements of the use of e-learning tools due to the variables: sex, university, and years of experience, while there were statistically significant differences for the responses of teaching staff members due to the variable of academic degree for the degree of professor. The study introduced a number of recommendations and suggestions. Working on raising the skills of teaching staff members using the e-learning tools and encourage them to use, providing material and financial requirements for the proper use of e-learning tools.

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الفلسطينية نحو متطلبات استخدام أدوات التعلم الإلكتروني في العملية التعليمية من وجهة نظرهم، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (286) عضو هيئة التدريس من جامعتي الأقصى والأزهر بغزة، طبقت عليهم استبانة مكونة من (31) فقرة في الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام الجامعي 2015/2016م. وقد كشفت النتائج أن المتوسط الكلي لتقدير أعضاء هيئة التدريس على مقياس استبانة الاتجاهات نحو استخدام أدوات التعلم الإلكتروني عند أفراد العينة قد بلغ قدرة (3.64)، حيث تبين أن اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو متطلبات استخدام أدوات التعلم الإلكتروني إيجابية بدرجة متوسطة. وأظهرت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط تقديرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو متطلبات استخدام أدوات التعلم الإلكتروني تعزى لمتغيرات: الجنس، والجامعة، وسنوات الخبرة، بينما ظهرت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات أعضاء هيئة التدريس تعزى لمتغير الدرجة العلمية لصالح أعضاء هيئة التدريس بدرجة أستاذ. وقدمت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات أهمها: العمل على رفع مهارات أعضاء هيئة التدريس في مجال استخدام أدوات التعلم الإلكتروني وتشجيعهم على استخدامها، توفير المتطلبات المادية والمالية المناسبة لاستخدام أدوات التعلم الإلكتروني.
